About Kate
Kate Racovolis is a communications and reputation specialist, former editor and speaker with more than 15 years' experience spanning business journalism, strategic communications and corporate reputation.
She was previously Editor of The Growth Agenda at The Australian, where she led coverage of Australia's media, marketing and advertising industry.
Throughout her career, Kate has worked closely with business leaders, marketers, directors and organisations, helping shape conversations around leadership, growth, reputation and business performance. Her experience spans journalism, publishing and strategic communications, serving executive and board audiences across Australia and internationally.
A regular moderator, interviewer and speaker, Kate is passionate about the ideas, people and organisations shaping business growth. She is frequently called upon to facilitate conversations on leadership, communications, marketing and media.
Kate is also committed to supporting the next generation of media and communications professionals. She has taught and guest lectured for RMIT University's School of Media and Communication and has worked with students in Melbourne and Singapore.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University in New York. She is currently Co-President of the Columbia Association of Australia.
